Harbottle & Lewis represent Peter Alliss in privacy case
Media and entertainment lawyers, Harbottle & Lewis, have advised well-known golf commentator and BBC presenter Peter Alliss in his successful case against The Daily Mail in respect of an article that it published in July containing false private information.
The Daily Mail published an apology on 27 September. It has also paid damages as well as legal costs and has undertaken not to repeat the offending allegations.
