New Media and Technology Update - Breakfast Seminar

Tony Ballard (Partner), Adam Mitton (Senior Associate) and Cate Haywood (Associate) will provide an update on recent developments in new media and technology law and the discussion will be chaired by Mark Owen. The update will focus on the theme of convergence (Web 3.0, IPTV and BT's next-generation network) and will include the following topics:

The states of the world wide web (Web 1.0 - Web 3.0);
P2P, social networking, UGC and intelligent networks;
Responsibility and liability of intermediaries.

This seminar is for in-house lawyers and will take place at Harbottle & Lewis' offices. Attendees will qualify for one hour's worth of CPD points.
