Annual Increase in Compensation Limits from 1 February 2008

The Employment Rights (Increases of Limits) Order 2007 contains the following annual increase in compensation limits to apply from 1 February 2008:

• Increasing the maximum limit of 1 week's pay from £310 to £330;
• Increasing the maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal from £60,600 to £63,000.
