Harbottle & Lewis advise GreenScreen on Zoo acquisition

Media and entertainment lawyers, Harbottle & Lewis, have advised GreenScreen Interactive Software, on its acquisition of the Sheffield based computer games publisher, Zoo Digital Publishing.

Based in New York City, GreenScreen Interactive Software is a growing global publisher and developer of interactive entertainment software. Zoo Digital Publishing is one of the UK's leading video games publisher and the creator of the best-selling Premier Manager series and has a demonstrated expertise in publishing video games with mass-market appeal for a variety of platforms, including Xbox®, PlayStation 2 system, Nintendo DS® and Game Boy Advance® and PC.

Harbottle & Lewis advised on all aspects of the transaction. Tony Littner of the Corporate Group led the transaction team with support from members of the firm's interactive entertainment, tax, property and employment groups. The matter was introduced to and under the overall supervision of Mark Phillips, the co-head of the firm's Interactive Entertainment Group.
