Advertising Breakfast Seminar - Music Rights and Comparative Advertising

Anne Crompton and Chloe Wright will give an overview of the legal issues to consider when using music in advertising and will give an insight into key recent collaborations between music rights holders and brands. Andy Millmore will provide a brief summary of the risks of comparative advertising and his prediction of the "smell-alike" case currently pending in the European Court of Justice.
