Harbottle & Lewis advise Hemisphere Capital on investment in Horse & Country TV

Media and entertainment lawyers, Harbottle & Lewis, have advised Hemisphere Capital LLP, the London-based partnership of Heather Killen (former SVP International Operations of Yahoo! Inc and currently a non-executive director of ITV plc) on its financing of Horse & Country TV, the digital channel dedicated to equestrian sports and country living which is available at 280 on the Sky programme guide.

Mark Phillips, Head of the firm's New Media Group and Tony Littner, Senior Associate from the firm's Growth Capital Group, advised on all legal aspects of the deal.
