Leading lawyers for the fashion industry, Harbottle & Lewis, will present a seminar at PURE, the UK's largest fashion trade show, which will take place on 9th February 2009 at Olympia in London.
The seminar will focus on some of the key issues which currently face those working in the fashion industry and will be of particular interest to retailers. Sandi Simons, partner and Head of the Fashion Group will provide an overview of debt collection, highlighting the most effective way to collect monies that are due to you and Victoria Davies, a solicitor in the firm's Property Group will outline how to take advantage of the turn in the property market when negotiating lease terms and what exit strategy to have when leaving leased premises.
