Harbottle & Lewis expands Litigation Practice

Harbottle & Lewis is delighted to announce the arrival of partners Daniel Marks and Leon Marks, along with solicitor Emma Martin, who have joined the firm from Finers Stephens Innocent. Daniel and Emma have already started and Leon will follow on 25 January.

Daniel specialises in personal injury, sports litigation and clinical negligence. Leon has been a personal injury and clinical negligence specialist for over forty years and has a broad expertise in commercial, insolvency and civil litigation work.

The wide-ranging experience of this three-person team will be a further boost to the firm's established contentious practice, now comprising 25 fee-earners.

Glen Atchison, Managing Partner, said “Daniel and Leon are acknowledged leaders in their fields and meet the firm’s strategic focus on maintaining and developing areas of specialisation where the firm is or will be regarded as a market leader. In addition to their well-recognised expertise in the area of obtaining compensation for high-earning individuals who have suffered personal injury, they will be able to undertake other litigation work which will strengthen and diversify our contentious offering to clients. We are delighted they are joining us with Emma and look forward to their contribution to the firm.

Daniel Marks said “I am speaking for the whole team when I say that we are all very excited to join Harbottle & Lewis.”
