Advised the Team England Player Partnership (the England Cricket Team) in relation to the terms on which various England players would be released by the ECB to participate in the Indian Premier League.

Advised Andrew Flintoff and Ravi Bopara in relation to the terms of their individual playing contracts with the IPL franchise teams Chennai Super Kings and Kings XI Punjab.

Advised the England cricketers in relation to the Stanford "Twenty20 for $20m" against the West Indian team assembled by the Texan billionaire. Also advised the Professional Cricketers' Association and the England cricketers on the England tour to India in the aftermath of the Mumbai terrorist incident.

Advising Ladies European Tour Limited in relation to the commercial arrangements surrounding the Tour, its members and employment issues. We have also advised on the arrangements for the staging of the 2011 Solheim Cup at Killeen Castle, County Meath in the Republic of Ireland.
