In a commercial property market where many property companies are dormant or semi-dormant Altyre Securities Limited have been particularly active carrying out mixed use development schemes in Lewes and Newhaven and office schemes in Brighton and elsewhere.
Advised leading children's theatre Quicksilver Theatre on the acquisition of a new theatre as planning gain linked to a major phased redevelopment by British Land at Regent's Place NW1. The theatre will be known as the New Diorama Theatre. The Diorama is another charity for whom we act and they agreed to pass the opportunity to Quicksilver Theatre.
