Advised Altyre Securities Limited on a Pre-let Agreement with Lidl for a new store which is part of a development that will comprise two other stores and offices in Newhaven. In a commercial property market where many property companies are dormant or semi-dormant Altyre Securities Limited have been particularly active carrying out mixed use development schemes in Lewes and Newhaven and office schemes in Brighton and elsewhere.

Advised leading children's theatre Quicksilver Theatre on the acquisition of a new theatre as planning gain linked to a major phased redevelopment by British Land at Regent's Place NW1. The theatre will be known as the New Diorama Theatre. The Diorama is another charity for whom we act and they agreed to pass the opportunity to Quicksilver Theatre.

Advised on a complex lease restructuring in relation to the expansion of a leading internet marketing company within their existing location.

Advised Wolford, from a UK compliance perspective, in relation to its e-commerce website documentation including its e-commerce sale terms, data protection policy and disclaimers. We also acted for Wolford on property matters including the surrender of the lease of its existing store and grant of the lease for the new King's Road store and the taking of a new lease of premises at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Centre.
