Procurement and Supply
We have considerable experience of advising in relation to a wide variety of general commercial agreements including advising on a broad range of purchasing, procurement and outsourcing matters in relation to goods and services (including software and IT systems).
As well as advising, drafting, reviewing and negotiating supply contracts, we also advise on a daily basis in relation to risk analysis and management and minimising exposure to potential liabilities.
