Cordelia is a Solicitor in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice.
She has experience of a wide range of non-contentious and contentious intellectual property matters which includes advising on the registration of trade marks, release of rights, assignments and licences, in addition to her advising on trade mark, copyright and domain name infringement and passing off disputes.
Cordelia qualified as a solicitor at Harbottle & Lewis in August 2007 having trained with the firm. During her training contract she spent six months working as in-house counsel at Virgin Atlantic and since qualification has spent six months at the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, working as part of their Brand Protection and Licensing Teams.
