People | John Brink
John is a Solicitor in the Corporate Practice.
He advises clients on a range of corporate matters including company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and fundraising. He also has experience of advising on non-contentious commercial agreements.
John graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an LLB (Hons) and a post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He trained at Shepherd and Wedderburn and qualified as a solicitor in Scotland before joining Harbottle & Lewis in September 2007. John qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in July 2008.
