Chloe is a Solicitor in the Corporate Practice and acts for a wide range of clients particularly in the media and entertainment sectors. She is also a member of the Charities Group.
Chloe has worked on a range of corporate transactions, involving both public and private companies, including company mergers, acquisitions, disposals and shareholder arrangements and also has experience of drafting and advising on a range of commercial contracts.
Chloe graduated from the University of Leeds in 2003 with a first class BA (hons) in English and History before converting to law and completing the LPC at BPP Law School, London. She trained at SJ Berwin and joined Harbottle & Lewis upon qualification in 2007.
