Charlotte is head of the Company Secretarial department. She advises a portfolio of over 300 clients including guarantee companies, charities, PLCs and LLPs on a broad range of company law and company secretarial practice including company formations, alteration of share capital, corporate governance best practice, amendment of memorandum and articles of association, in-house AGM and board support and general compliance.
In addition, Charlotte has experience in relation to charities and off-shore companies, having worked for five years in the Charities and International Sections at Jordans Limited.
Charlotte joined Harbottle & Lewis in 2005 and qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 2007.
