Diego is a Lawyer in the Aviation Group and the Finance Practice. He specialises in aviation, finance, corporate and commercial law as well as intellectual property and data protection.
Diego's aviation experience includes aircraft finance and commercial contracts. He has also worked on litigation cases including criminal, civil and administrative cases, aviation losses, claims against airport authorities/operators and air traffic control and day to day passenger injury. He graduated from Universidad San Pablo-CEU in 2000 with an LLB (Hons) degree and qualified in Spain in 2003. Diego joined Harbottle & Lewis in 2008 from the in-house legal department of Iberia LAE S.A
