People | Lucy King
Lucy is a solicitor in the Corporate Practice and advises public and private clients in relation to a broad range of transactions, including share and asset sales, group restructurings, schemes of arrangement, share option schemes, joint ventures and fundraisings.
Lucy graduated from Oriel College Oxford with an MA in Ancient and Modern History and an MSt in Historical Research. She then converted to law and trained with Lovells in London and Paris, qualifying in September 2006. Lucy is also qualified as a solicitor in the Republic of Ireland and joined Harbottle & Lewis in September 2008 from Irish law firm Matheson Ormsby Prentice, where she spent two years advising Irish and international clients on a range of corporate matters.
