Victoria is a Solicitor in the Employment Group. Victoria has experience in drafting and reviewing employment-related documentation such as staff contracts and policies, and deals with day to day employment queries for a wide range of clients including those from the media & entertainment, theatre and general commercial industries. Victoria also assists on employment-related aspects of corporate transactions which typically involve the application of TUPE and the reorganisation of the workforce, and has particular experience in dealing with employment litigation.
Victoria graduated from University College London with a BA (Hons) in English and gained a Distinction in both the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London. Victoria joined Harbottle & Lewis LLP as a trainee in September 2006 and spent 12 months working in the Employment Group during her training contract, before qualifying in September 2008. Victoria is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
