People | Nicola Tager
Nicola is a Solicitor in the Employment Group. Nicola has experience of advising employers and employees on a broad range of aspects of employment law, including contractual issues, employment-related disputes and grievances and issues relating to the termination of employment. Nicola also advises on employment-related aspects of corporate transactions, including the application of TUPE and collective consultation matters.
Nicola graduated from The University of Birmingham with an LLB in Law with French Law and gained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP, London. She trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, qualifying in September 2007 into the firm's Employment, Pensions and Benefits Department. Nicola joined Harbottle & Lewis in July 2008. Nicola is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
