Justin is a Solicitor in the Corporate Practice, advising on both private and public company issues. Justin has acted on a wide variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings and advising on terms of commercial contracts.
Justin attained an BA in Modern History from the University of Warwick in 2001 before converting to law and completing the legal practice course at Nottingham Law School in 2003. He trained at Allen & Overy and qualified into its corporate department in March 2006 before joining Harbottle & Lewis in October 2008.
