People | Rebekah Richards
Rebekah is a solicitor in the Litigation Practice. She advises on a wide range of general contentious matters. Her clients include UK and international based companies across a range of industry sectors and high profile individuals. Rebekah's experience includes contract disputes, negligence claims, disputes under the Commercial Agents Regulations, intellectual property disputes, jurisdictional issues, obtaining and enforcing injunctions and insolvency. She also has experience of resolving disputes by mediation and negotiation.
Rebekah graduated from the University of York with a BA (Hons) English before completing her law conversion course. She trained at Mills & Reeve where she qualified into the commercial disputes team in September 2003. Rebekah joined Harbottle & Lewis LLP in September 2008.
