People | Leo Marino
Leo Marino is a Partner in the Property Group. He deals with a broad range of commercial property work, and specialises in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties, sale and leasebacks, property development, mortgage refinancing, business leases and lease renewals.
He acts for property investors, landlords and tenants, and property developers. He also acts for IMO Car Wash who have approximately 320 sites in the UK. He has recently been involved in the sale of the Meridian Shopping Centre in Havant Hampshire, the sale and purchase of office buildings in EC1 and the leasing of various sites from Sainsbury's on behalf of IMO Car Wash.
Leo graduated from the University of Kent with an LLB with French and joined Harbottle & Lewis in 1997 as a trainee solicitor, and became a Partner in August 2007.
