Abby is a Partner in the Film and Television Group. She advises clients from all sectors of the film and television industries and provides advice on all aspects of development, production, financing and distribution. She is particularly renowned for her expertise in structuring international co-productions and in providing advice on international subsidies as well as EIS and other tax-related financing schemes.
She acts for a wide range of clients, including leading UK producers, major US and European production companies and sales agents, EIS schemes, completion guarantors and talent agents.
Abigail is recognised in Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500 and Legal Experts as a leading lawyer in film and television. She is a member of BAFTA, Women in Film and Television and The New Producers Alliance.
