Cassandra Manita is a Senior Associate in the Film and Television Group, advising clients from sectors of both industries on all aspects of development, production, financing and distribution.
Cassandra acts for a wide range of clients, including leading UK producers, major US and European production companies, sales agents and distributors, completion guarantors, financiers and regional funds, talent agents, writers, directors and artists.
Recent productions Cassandra has worked on include Wandering Star and Davis Films' Solomon Kane directed by Michael Bassett and starring James Purefoy; Ealing Studios' Easy Virtue starring Jessica Biel and Colin Firth; and Matthew Vaughn's latest production based on the Marvel comic book character Kick Ass starring Aaron Johnson and Nicholas Cage.
Cassandra is a member of Women in Film and Television and The New Producer's Alliance. Before joining Harbottle & Lewis in 2000, Cassandra trained as a professional contemporary dancer with the Rambert School and is now a director on the Board of Siobhan Davies Dance.
