People | Emily Pritty
Emily Pritty is a Solicitor in the Employment Practice. Emily advises employers and employees on the full range of contentious and non contentious employment matters ranging from executive disputes, settlement and compromise agreements to discrimination issues. Emily's work involves providing day to day employment advice to managers and HR, drafting and negotiating service agreements and other employment documentation.
Emily assists the Corporate Team by advising on the employment aspects of transactional work and has considerable experience in the practical application of the TUPE Regulations to corporate transactions and outsourcing arrangements including advising on informing and consulting with staff.
Emily graduated from The University of Nottingham with a joint honours BA in Law and Politics. She qualified as a solicitor in January 2005 at Norton Rose, joining Harbottle & Lewis in Summer 2005. Emily is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
