Victoria is a Solicitor in the Property Practice.
She advises on a wide variety of property matters including Landlord and Tenant issues, the sale and purchase of commercial and residential property, property refinancing, property development work and acting for both Landlords and Tenants in relation to the drafting and agreement of leases. Victoria also undertakes corporate support work.
Recent transactions she has worked on include the refinancing of Virgin Active's properties throughout England, the sale of the Lyric, Garrick, Apollo and Duchess Theatres on behalf of Really Useful Theatres Limited, the property elements of the disposal of Divertimenti Retail Limited to Aga Food Service Group Plc and the redevelopment of a retail park in Tunbridge Wells.
Victoria graduated with an LLB from the University of Bristol and joined Harbottle & Lewis as a trainee solicitor in 2003. Having gained experience in the Litigation, Corporate/Commercial and Property Departments, she qualified into the Property Group in 2005.
