David is Senior Associate in the Tax Practice.
He advises extensively on corporate and personal tax issues. David has considerable experience of providing tax advice to both individual and corporate clients on share and business acquisitions and disposals, including advising Channel 4 on various corporate transactions that it has recently undertaken.
David also has particular expertise in all aspects of share incentive arrangements, ranging from advising on the adoption of employee share option schemes to highly tailored share-based arrangements for senior management. David's experience also includes the implementation of various complex employee benefit trusts.
David graduated from the London School of Economics in 1997. He then trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer qualifying in 2000 and joined Harbottle & Lewis in 2006.
