Louise is a Senior Associate in the Tax Practice.
She advises both employers and employees on possible share incentive arrangements, advising, where appropriate, on the availability of and tax advantages associated with enterprise management incentive options as well as on the tax consequences arising on termination of employment and, in particular, the treatment of severance payments.
Louise trained and qualified at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2002 and joined Harbottle & Lewis in 2004.
