We advise Basler on a full range of employment law matters, both general advisory and strategic employment advice.

We have recently advised the Design Director of a well-known fashion house on his appointment, including negotiating his service agreement.

Advised Wolford, from a UK compliance perspective, in relation to its e-commerce website documentation including its e-commerce sale terms, data protection policy and disclaimers. We also acted for Wolford on property matters including the surrender of the lease of its existing store and grant of the lease for the new King's Road store and the taking of a new lease of premises at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Centre. We also advised Wolford on a new lease in Westfield Stratford City which opened on 13 September 2011. We regularly advise Wolford in relation to day-to-day employment law issues arising in the workplace, including dealing with all employment contracts, policies and procedures.

Advised St John Knits in respect of the renewal of its Services and Representation Agreement.

Advising Wolford and Janet Reger in relation to international franchising and licensing arrangements.

Advising Sophia Kokosalaki in relation to design consultancy arrangements with Diesel in relation to her appointment as Head Designer of the Diesel Black Gold brand, and in relation to other commercial arrangements including the preparation of standard terms of supply for goods produced by her eponymous label.

Advising Gok Wan in relation to endorsement deals and style guides and also in relation to commercial arrangements. We also advised Gok Wan on the publication of a tie-in book to his TV series How to Look Good Naked.

Advising Jasmine Guinness and Jemima Khan in relation to branded fashion lines.

Advising Ben Sherman Group Limited in relation to a number of contentious and non-contentious advertising, brand protection and intellectual property enforcement matters as well as in respect of their property portfolio.
