Advised V2 Music Publishing Ltd in its defence of a High Court claim brought for damages in relation to the operation of a music publishing business. The case settled in December 2009.

Acted for video game publisher and distributor cdv in its successful claims against SouthPeak.

Acted for Joltid Ltd against Skype Technologies SA in large scale commercial litigation relating to the dispute about Skype's continued use of key computer software licensed from Joltid.

Acted for Blueseventy Ltd in successfully appealing and reversing a ban imposed on their competition swim and wetsuits by swimming’s Swiss-based world governing body FINA.

Acted for Brumaire, the vendors of an MMS platform sold to Cable & Wireless, in relation to their claim for multi-million pound post completion payments.
