Chloe is Head of the Music Group. She advises on all music and music-related issues including recording, publishing, live performance, merchandising, sponsorship and endorsements. She also advises on all content/digital licensing issues and all forms of ancillary rights, as well as the acquisition and exploitation of music rights in Film, TV, Games and Theatre.

Chloe’s clients include major and independent record companies, who she advises on catalogue acquisitions and their recording arrangements with artists, and new businesses who she advises on commercial as well as legal issues. She has recently worked with several major brands in relation to their co-production of large music events.

Chloe advises a diverse number of established artists including Jamie Cullum, Simian Mobile Disco and Ocean Colour Scene on all aspects of their musical careers. She also takes an active role in finding and developing new talent and has been instrumental in helping to launch the careers of various new artists including Conor Maynard. Chloe is currently working with some exciting new acts such as The TenFiveSixty, Katy Tizzard, Sophia Somajo, Arjun Coomaraswarmy, Kyte, Octane OK and Jaxxon.

Genuinely passionate about music, Chloe regularly attends concerts, gigs and industry showcases. She joined Harbottle & Lewis in March 2002 became head of the Music Group in 2012.
