Emma is a Solicitor in the firm’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Practice. Emma specialises in all aspects of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence related claims.

Emma has considerable experience in Personal Injury litigation, mostly acting for individuals who have suffered serious injury. Emma generally deals with high value, complex Employer Liability and Public Liability claims (where the team is often marshalling an ‘army’ of experts from many different fields, in support of the Claimant’s case), with particular emphasis on the construction industry.

Emma graduated from Hertfordshire University with an LLB (Hons) and completed Law Society finals at Guildford, College of Law, and upon qualifying as a Solicitor in 2003, Emma joined national law firm Shoosmiths, where she acted for both individuals and Legal Expense Insurers. Emma joined Harbottle & Lewis LLP, from Finers Stephens Innocent LLP, in January 2010.
