Leo Marino deals with a broad range of commercial property work, and specialises in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties, sale and leasebacks, property development, mortgage refinancing, business leases and lease renewals.

He acts for property investors, landlords and tenants, and property developers. He also acts for IMO Car Wash, the world’s largest car wash company with approximately 320 sites in the UK. He has recently been involved in the leasing of numerous sites for IMO Car Wash from major supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury's to operate car washes at their stores. He has also recently acted on the acquisition of a shopping centre in Sutton Coldfield and a trading estate in Avonmouth, as well as the sale of an office building in Golden Square, London, owned by syndicates of investors, for several million pounds.

He joined Harbottle & Lewis in 1997 as a trainee solicitor, and became a Partner in August 2007.
