People | Leon Marks
Leon is a Partner in the firm’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Practice. Having studied law at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, he has been a specialist in these areas for over 40 years and has broad experience in commercial, insolvency and civil litigation work.
Leon deals primarily with high-value, complex Employer Liability and Public Liability claims, with particular emphasis on the Construction Industry. He is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and is widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading solicitors acting for Claimant tunnel miners.
The Legal 500 has noted Leon’s ‘meticulous attention to detail’ and named him as ‘one of the country’s leading experts in construction related personal injury’.
