Mark is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practices, and joint head of the eCommerce & Technology Group and the Interactive Entertainment Group.

He has been involved with the digital and interactive media industries since their inception and his practice has evolved with the development of these technologies. Principally he specialises in corporate, commercial and copyright work for clients in the media, arts and technology industries with expertise in new media, video and computer games and interactive entertainment, print and on-line publishing.

He is consistently recognised as a leader in the fields of interactive entertainment, the internet, e-commerce and publishing and is considered one of the country's leading practitioners in video games law and the law of publishing. He appears as an expert in the Legalease Legal Experts guide and Chambers directory and as highly recommended as an IT and e-commerce practitioner in both PLC's Global Counsel 3000 and Chambers & Partners world-leading lawyers directory.

Mark also works with the Interactive Entertainment Group, Publishing Group and the Intellectual Property Practice.

Mark was made a Partner in 1990 and is currently a director of Performing Arts Lab Ltd and a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
