Richard Foster advises on a broad range of commercial and intellectual property matters including the exploitation of all types of copyright works, designs and brands, with a particular focus on digital media and the internet. He also also advises on software development, licensing and maintenance arrangements as well as on regulatory issues associated with e-commerce, including privacy and data protection.
Richard joined Harbottle and Lewis in September 2011, prior to which he spent 6 months on a commercial secondment at Warner Music Group working on artist agreements, licensing and distribution deals for the group’s UK based record labels.
