People | Thomas Breslin
Thomas is a Solicitor in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice and is a member of the eCommerce and Technology, Digital Media and Interactive Entertainment Groups.
Thomas has a broad range of experience in commercial and intellectual property matters and also advises on technology and data protection issues. He spent six months at Virgin Atlantic Airways, assisting on several high-value deals and working closely with teams from across the business in relation to a wide range of commercial issues and agreements. Thomas also spent a further four months seconded to another key client, for whom he worked on international rights licensing, brand protection and other intellectual property matters.
Prior to training as a lawyer, Thomas spent three years working for an independent record label and artist management company based in New York and then for a London based start-up focusing on music and live entertainment.
Thomas graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and from The College of Law, London with a LLB (Hons) in Law, having completed the Graduate Diploma in Law with a Commendation and the Legal Practice Course with a Distinction.
