Annabelle is a Solicitor in the firm's Charities Group and is also a member of the Corporate Practice.
Annabelle advises charities on all stages of the charity formation process from incorporation to registration and on charity tax matters. She acts for clients such as The Virgin Foundation/Virgin Unite and Comic Relief on issues including gift aid and trading company structures. Annabelle’s work with the Corporate Practice includes commercial arrangements between charities and corporate entities as well as dealing with corporate governance issues.
Annabelle graduated with a BA (Hons) in Dance and Theatre Performance, and subsequently attended The College of Law in Guildford where she gained a LLB (Hons) in Law, having completed the Graduate Diploma in Law with a Commendation and the Legal Practice Course with a Distinction. She qualified as a solicitor in August 2010 having trained with the firm.
