Lee Greaves advises on a broad range of commercial real estate matters including retail, warehouse and office premises. He acts on behalf of private property companies, investors and occupiers, well known charities, as well as many high profile media clients, in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and investment properties, leasing and lease renewals, corporate support and property development and re-financing work. Lee also advises in the sale and purchase of residential property and leasehold enfranchisement lease extensions.

Lee's recent work includes advising Wolford London Limited on new leases in Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, a unit in the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Centre and on the King's Road London; negotiating an agreement for surrender and grant of new leases of Comic Relief's head office granting licence for a 24,000 square feet refurbishment; providing advice in connection with television projects for Shine Limited; advising Virgin Holidays on their acquisition of a luxury long haul travel company and acting for various high net worth individuals in residential sales, purchases and lease extensions.
