Ryan is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Practices.
Ryan has experience of advising clients in the media, entertainment, and theatre sectors on a range of corporate and commercial matters including fundraising, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group restructuring and shareholder arrangements.
Ryan graduated from the University of Sydney with First Class Honours in Law and a Bachelor of Commerce. He then trained and qualified into the private equity practice at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in February 2008 before joining Harbottle & Lewis in September 2010.
