Tabitha is a Solicitor in the Litigation Practice and is also a member of the Fashion and Film and Television Groups.
Tabitha works on a variety of contentious issues for UK and international companies and individuals across a range of industry sectors, including film, television, theatre and interactive entertainment. Tabitha advises on a broad range of issues involving breach of contract, intellectual property rights, negligence and defamation. In 2009, Tabitha worked on the case CDV Software Entertainment AG v Gamecock Media Europe & others, a contractual dispute and intellectual property dispute between publishers in the interactive entertainment industry. She also has mediation experience.
Tabitha obtained a BA Hons in English Studies from the University of Nottingham (2000), and subsequently attended Nottingham Law School. She joined Simmons & Simmons in March 2003 and qualified in March 2005 into the Financial Litigation and Insurance Group. Tabitha joined Harbottle & Lewis in January 2009.
