Tess is a Solicitor in the Private Client and Tax Practices and prepares Wills, codicils and letters of wishes for clients. She deals with the administration of estates, from calculating any inheritance tax due, obtaining grants of probate and collecting in assets to winding up estates. Tess works for UK and non-UK resident trusts; drafting initial trust documentation, coordinating changes in trustees and compiling trust tax returns. She has experience in domicile and residency issues and also advises on lifetime tax planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She joined Harbottle & Lewis LLP in 2011.
