Tom Farley-Hills advises on all issues arising from relationship breakdown. He has particular interest in cases involving complex financial structures (commonly involving business structures, complex remuneration arrangements, jurisdictional issues, offshore assets and trusts) and legal disputes between cohabitees relating to property and/or children. Tom also handles wealth protection matters, particularly pre- and post-nuptial agreements. He is committed to resolving disputes in a constructive way wherever possible and is a Resolution accredited specialist in claims for financial provision on divorce and legal issues arising from cohabitation and co-ownership of property.
Tom is a frequent speaker on family related issues regularly undertaking webinars and lectures for the main legal publishers such as Butterworths. He has also contributed to and written articles for various legal publications including Wealth Net and The Solicitors Journal. Tom has been quoted in the legal and national press about Family Law related issues including Times Online. He joined Harbottle & Lewis as a Partner in July 2011.
