Directors' personal rights and restrictions

Corporate directorships are still permitted under the Companies Act 2006 but UK companies are now required to have at least one natural person as a director. Directors no longer need to retire at 70 and, from October 2009 (according to current government timelines), can provide a service address to Companies House for use on the public record.
