Jonathan Berger advises on legal and business affairs on the production, finance and the exploitation of feature films and television programmes. His work is now particularly focused on the digital distribution of content and digital cinema deployment.

Jonathan’s work highlights include:
- Microsoft on its electronic sell-through and video-on-demand arrangements with film studios and distributors around the World for its digital entertainment service, “Zune”
- Ymagis, one of Europe’s largest digital cinema deploying companies, on agreements with distributors including studios
- The band Queen and its management on the film about the band starring Sacha Baron-Cohen as Freddie Mercury
- Oscar nominated Chico & Rita (Best Animated Feature Film and European Film Academy Animated Feature Film) and Oscar nominated The Gruffalo (Best Animated Short) and The Gruffalo’s Magic Light Pictures
- Quickfire Films on the distribution and financing arrangements for the Neal Street production Blood.
