Lucy Gray advises employers and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including contracts and policies, employee relations issues and contract terminations. She has particular experience of representing employers in the Employment Tribunal in a broad range of claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistle blowing cases. As part of her non-contentious experience Lucy advises on redundancy consultations, the application of TUPE and employment related issues in corporate transactions.

Lucy also provides practical training to employers in seminars and workshops on how to deal with employment issues in the workplace including managing sickness absence, grievances and disciplinaries and compliance with employment and immigration law.
