Lucy Gray advises employers and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including contracts and policies, employee relations issues and contract terminations. She has particular experience of representing employers in the Employment Tribunal in a broad range of claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistle blowing cases. As part of her non-contentious experience Lucy advises on redundancy consultations, the application of TUPE and employment related issues in corporate transactions.

Her clients include media production companies, theatres, TV, online businesses; investment business and funds, banking, those working in the
travel and leisure industries.
