Advising Ben Sherman Group Limited in relation to a number of contentious and non-contentious advertising, brand protection and intellectual property enforcement matters as well as in respect of their property portfolio.

We have recently acted for a fashion label on its standard terms and conditions of sale, the founders of a start-up fashion label and online retailer on tax, restructuring, investment and shareholder arrangements and the administrators of a well-known fashion label on a disposal of assets structured through a pre-pack administration.

We have recently advised the design director of a well-known fashion house on his appointment, including negotiating his service agreement, a leading designer on his proposed appointment to design uniforms for a well-known airline, a well-known designer on her appointment to design and produce new uniforms for a hotel chain and a prominent designer on her appointment as Chief Designer for a premium denim brand.
