Both Morag and Daisy were selected from more than several hundred nominations and were particularly praised for their expertise in their respective fields and for the breadth of their work.
Morag, a senior associate in our Private Client & Tax team, is described as being “an incredibly talented lawyer, able to quickly cut through issues and find innovative solutions,” with one colleague commenting: “I can honestly say I have not met another lawyer with a comparable skill set. She is clearly a star in her field and thoroughly deserves a place on the 35 under 35 list.” Morag’s work as a committee member for The Black Barristers’ Network was also cited.
Daisy, a senior associate in our Family team, is noted for her ability in handling complex matters, which are described as “meat and drink to her.” She is commended for her “second to none” client care, and as “hard working, conscientious and diligent but can also look up and think ‘outside the box.’”
Managing Partner, Glen Atchison said: “I’m delighted that our policy of bringing in the very best talent to complement our excellent home grown teams continues to pay dividends, as both Daisy and Morag are relatively new joiners, with Morag actually joining us during lockdown. It’s a great accolade for them both to receive this recognition from eprivateclient. To be recognised amongst the top 35 female practitioners from an entry list of several hundred is testament to both Morag’s and Daisy’s capabilities. Congratulations to them both.”
