Heading to the Edinburgh TV festival? If so, then don’t miss out on the opportunity to meet with one of our legal specialists.
The Edinburgh TV festival, which takes place annually in August, draws around 2,000 delegates from major TV networks and production companies around the world to debate the key issues facing the industry.
If you would like to put a face to a name, you can contact our legal team below or right.
Our team who are attending include:
- Colin Howes (partner) – works extensively with independent TV production companies and investors in relation to corporate deals, covering everything from starting an indie, through making or taking investment, to buying or selling an established company. He also works with clients in other areas of the media and leisure industries.
- Sarah Lazarides (partner) – advises clients on a broad range of commercial issues in the media and entertainment sector, primarily surrounding the development, production, distribution and exploitation of rights in the film, TV and theatre industries.
- Katrien Roos (associate) – advises a number of TV production companies, producing everything from non-scripted game shows to high end dramas, in relation to their development and commissioning arrangements with major broadcasters and SVOD platforms, and their production contracts with talent, presenters and crew.
- Harriet Stone (associate) – advises a range of clients from independent producers to major studios in relation to rights exploitation, development, production and financing.
You can also sign up for a Speed Meeting session with Sarah Lazarides. You can find out more information here.
Speed Meetings are only open to delegates who have purchased a Festival pass.
