Harbottle & Lewis has advised BossaNova Limited, a new UK-based distributor founded by Paul Heaney and Dina Subhani, on the investment by Night Train Media, a German-based film and TV production business founded by Herbert L. Kloiber and backed by private equity fund Serafin Group.

The team advising on the deal at Harbottle & Lewis comprised partner Colin Howes and senior associate Ed Lane, supported by associate Katerina Capras and trainee solicitor Jake Jacobson. The team also included employment associate Mark Primrose.
